Finally...what I have waited for all winter...the first flea market of the season!
I'm posting my white finds for White Wednesday but I have more treasures to show that are not white.
I'll post the rest of my 'loot' tomorrow.
It was so fun to get out and walk and dig through old stuff again, I actually went back the second day just to look, not to buy, although I did give in to a pair of Italian tole gold gilt end tables (roses) that were too cheap to pass up and just stunning...I'll take pictures of them tomorrow.
One of the very first things I found was this chippy old and very heavy iron headboard...just what I wanted for my garden!
A little detail...
I found 2 more 'cheap' chamber pots to put outdoor plants in....
A pair of doorknobs, piece of chippy trim, Hall gravy boat and I love this tall sleek pitcher!
It's a Haviland and looked so unusual to me and it was too cheap to pass by!
I had 2 glorious days searching for treasure.
Thanks for stopping and come back for tomorrows treasures!
Aren't you so happy the season is finally here? What beautiful white treasures you found. I especially like the architectural piece and the tall pitcher.
