Straw Bag & Fabric Roses

It's a dreary rainy day so I decided to make a few lace fabric roses.

This is the little bag that I picked up at the yard sale for .25 cents from an earlier post.

As soon as I spotted it I could see flowers of some sort added and then hang it on a door knob or peg.

I used an old lace curtain panel and cut into a strip, rolled and glued. I added a couple of fabric folded leaves, not so sure that I like them but they are on there to stay. A few pieces of old lace tucked inside. Just plain and simple!

We're so behind this spring, the Bloodroot has just started to bloom. These are one of my favorite wildflowers, when the sun shines they open so nicely.

Thanks for stopping by!

We are terribly behind here in Colorado too and expect more snow this weekend :(

Went to the greenhouse and bought some plants today hoping to make the weather change it's mind. Think it will help?
